(1) Data Analyst
Salary
CAD $75,000 – $105,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize analytical models supporting strategic decision-making.
- Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical and predictive analysis.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across analytical systems.
- Support forecasting, performance measurement, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation, analytical reports, and data summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of data analysis or business intelligence experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

(2) Financial Analyst
Salary
CAD $80,000 – $115,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Monitor accounting operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cash flow activities.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Evaluate financial performance and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in portfolio analysis, financial risk assessment, and investment reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Prepare financial documentation, presentations, and management reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Professional accounting designation or progress toward one is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and online communication channels.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.

Qualifications
